No Time Like Now

Beer Geeks beat ALS mega collab.

We are incredibly proud to be part of the Beer Geeks Beat ALS collaboration this year, alongside 79 other breweries.

This year’s release is called ‘No Time Like Now’, featuring beautiful artwork by Frank Bos, who is a biomedical scientist and an ALS patient himself.
This 8,3% Grape Ale is brewed with Phantasm powder in the whirlpool, fermented with Lutra Kveik yeast from Omega, 20% grape must, and lightly dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Hopkief to avoid adding too much (astringent) plant material. The result we envision is a balanced hybrid between beer and wine, featuring the highly characteristic notes of Nelson Sauvin, which are further amplified by the Phantasm powder (derived from Sauvignon Blanc skins) and the subsequently released thiols.
